The book was supposed to be released in January of 2011. At this point, I’ve lost faith that it will ever be released. I would send your questions/complaints directly to Steidl.

I emailed Steidl to express my frustration with the release date of Broken Manual.
    I finally said:
“Sorry, not to belabor the point, but will it ever actually be printed and
    come out?”
    To which she replied:
“At the moment we plan to reprint ‘Broken Manual’. However, we are unable to predict when it will be ready.”

    Doesn’t sound too promising.
