Thanks to everyone who came to sold out screening of Somewhere To Disappear in Minneapolis. It was a great night. There is a nice little post on Krista Tippett’s blog about the film here. Be sure to check out the upcoming screenings in Toronto (though I’ve heard it is sold out) and New York.

Want the film to come to your city? Let the producers know on the Somewhere To Disappear Facebook Page.

I´d love to go to the screening in NYC, I can see it´s free, is there anyway to reserve a place or it´s just in order or arrival?

Sorry, don’t know. My guess is that it is first come, but not sure.

Liked the film a lot but the juxtaposition you provided with your talk even better. Don’t know why excactly but the whole evening reminded me of the John Prine song “Bruised Orange” . Do you know it? (covered here by Justin Vernon)

    Hi Alec,

I’ve got the book, now I want to see the movie. Any chance of it disappearing to London. Or maybe releasing it on dvd?

I’d really like to see this either in England or on DVD, is it going to happen?
